Imago Dei is seeking an inspiring House Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of Grace House UK—a life‑changing, six‑bedroom supported housing project in Maidstone, Kent, for women rebuilding their lives after prison.

You’ll partner closely with our CEO to shape day‑to‑day operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets to secure our long‑term impact. With your proven experience in housing projects and team leadership, you’ll cultivate a warm, stable, and empowering environment, deepen our ties with referral prisons and community partners, and champion our values of respect and compassion.
